چکیده
Let p be a prime and let πn(X; ℤ/pr) = [X, Mn(ℤ/pr)] the set of homotopy classes based maps from CW-complexes X into mod pr Moore spaces Mn(ℤ/pr) degree n, where ℤ/pr denotes integers pr. In this paper we firstly determine modular cohomotopy groups up to extensions by classical methods primary cohomology operations give conditions for splitness extensions. Secondly utilize some unstable theory study groups; especially, group π3(X; ℤ(2)) with dim(X) ≤ 6 is determined.

The Burnside Ring and Equivariant Cohomotopy for Infinite Groups
After we have given a survey on the Burnside ring of a finite group, we discuss and analyze various extensions of this notion to infinite (discrete) groups. The first three are the finite-G-set-version, the inverselimit-version and the covariant Burnside group. The most sophisticated one is the fourth definition as the equivariant zero-th cohomotopy of the classifying space for proper actions. ...

متن کاملModular Representations of Profinite Groups
Our aim is to transfer several foundational results from the modular representation theory of finite groups to the wider context of profinite groups. We are thus interested in profinite modules over the completed group algebra k[[G]] of a profinite group G, where k is a finite field of characteristic p. We define the concept of relative projectivity for a profinite k[[G]]-module. We prove a cha...
متن کاملModular Representations of Symmetric Groups
Over the last few weeks, we have seen lots of things in representation theory—we began by looking at an onslaught of examples to see explicitly what representations look like, we discussed character theory and looked at character tables, we talked about representations from a module-theoretic perspective, and then we saw how we can model the representation theory of the symmetric group via the ...
